Marrussia are auctioning off their equipment after pulling out of the F1 industry.

To show the disparity in spending between the top and bottom teams, here is Marussias racing simulator.

I would expect the 'true' simulator will have been sold through specialists. I get the feeling that may be a simulator for more general usage.

Based on nothing, just my assumption.

Whack sim wheel/pedals in there and stick it on a D-Box rig.
One for the shorties though... I'd be way too lanky to fit in there.

When I went on a tour of the Mclaren factory a couple of years back they said Marussia/Virgin were in a deal with them and shared their simulator and wind tunnel so suspect they probably never had a proper sim of their own.

I've had a go in McLaren's and that is a world apart from Marussia's.

It won't be a simulator, probably more something they had for entertainment. Description is poor. As said above, Marussia used McLaren's simulator mostly.

Out of interest, how did you get a go in it? They usually don't show it to anyone other than internal employee's as it's regarded as the most advanced out there.

They had it at the Goodwood festival last year. Bloody tough thing to drive and they very kindly stuck us driving Monaco

It was the same one used by the drivers, Hamilton set a time of 1:10, mine was 1:38..
