OcUK Secret Santa 2014

Welcome all, to the UnWrap Thread, 2014.

There will be ramifications for those who do not post a picture of their received gift by New Years Day!!

I think this year's has gone quite well, I'm only aware of one issue which is due to Royal Mail (and the sender not quite following the postage rules!)

Beyond that, Merry Christmas everybody, and I implore those still awake to wait until the morning to truly open their gifts!

I'll try and update this post some point tomorrow with the list of who got who, copying and pasting from Elfster on my phone isn't easy when I've had this much whiskey!

So at long last, I open the box that I received, and what do I find inside, but two parcels of joy, and an envelope of mystery.



Temptation got the better of me, I suspected I knew what lurked within the small package, something that has been on my wishlist for ages. I tore into the packaging, and my face lit up when I saw...



And now, it's late, and I'm going to sleep, and ponder as to the contents of the other parcel... intrigue and mystery await.

And now, the time has come, to reveal the contents of the main parcel..



Awesomeness itself, I am laughing and giggling like a loon, for reasons that will become obvious later, suffice to say, well done SS.. you nailed it!

Thanks in advance to my SS. I did receive a parcel but I have been away on holiday. I won't be able to post a picture until 11/12 Jan but Maccy said that was ok.

I'm blown away by the generosity and thought that has been put into my secret santa gifts:

1) An extremely well wrapped large heavy box:

All in all I've received two books on astrophotography which will come in very handy indeed, three bottles of beer, beanie hat, Star Wars socks, a genuine ROTJ film clip (which is awesome), a 32GB USB stick and a lovely card. A huge thank you to my OcUK SS (Spook187) for your kindness and also to Maccy for taking the time out of his busy schedule to organise all of this.

I got told off for posting this when it was opened a few weeks ago (not by choice, it was unlabelled as ocuk and not wrapped). So here's my secret santa prezzies. Think everyone knows how i feel from the other thread so i'll just say merry christmas to everyone and keep checking back to see if my SS victim likes the things i got for them
