Same here, had one guy sound like he was smashing his head off a desk every time I took the **** out of him with Ribery. Shame the game only lasted 30 mins, was fun.

I had an American guy with Ronaldo - Suarez - Bale but every time he got the ball he just ran in a straight line. I sent him a message at half time, when 3-0 up, mentioning that he may have wasted his money. Was good fun on the mic in the second half...

I'm enjoying the game so I'll be staying and as for spending money then that won't happen. Got most of the team I want, the rest might take a few more weeks.

I only joined yesterday and the conversations in here were about spending lots of money on coins. Even with a poor team I'm doing ok. Although I've gone on a few defeats in a row. Still been competitive games.

I'll just plug away with my team and see how I do.

I played for a while without buying coins, did ok, enjoyed it. Got lucky with a couple of pack players and had some good teams. I just realised I would never get the great players so bought coins.

Fair enough, I haven't knocked anyone for doing it. I just enjoy the game, if I were losing 10-0 then it might not be so much fun but generally if I lose it's by a single goal and close all the way though.

Pace is hard to defend though, any types to counter?

It's not really play to win though, it's 'play to have more fun with players you recognise in real life'.

For example, Ibarbo is the best striker in the game (imo). He's about 1200 coins. Koscielny and Mangala are arguably the two best CBs in the PL; they cost about 2000 each.

You essentially pay more to 'unlock' more players and have a lot more freedom in what teams you make and what players you can use.

Personally I try to not over commit players(defenders), back off a bit(even have a defender sprinting back if I feel a lob is coming on), watch for runs. Other better players might have better suggestions.

Seriously beginning to feel like the team doesn't even make a difference. Was fed up so built an idiotic pace team, felt as good as my previous. I'll post it in a bit, hopefully there's a cure for the total AIDS this team is by then.

Thats is why you sub on... My team has Kane ST and Navas RF...Then the beasts get ubber on as soon as i can pause
