Which makes me think its still something that requires setting up/configuring first by him perhaps?
Any chance you could please contact him mate? I notice you are on his friends list and probably have that option which the rest of us dont
I'm finding myself only really playing my Bulldog, FV304 and premium tanks these days so any suggestions for a new fun line?

French :
Lights up to amx 12t but never really played it
SPG up to Lorr 155 50
TD up to AC 48
Heavy up to ARL 44
German
TDs up to Jagdtiger + WT Auf pz IV
Heavy to e75, don't really have any interest in e100
Meds up to Panther and 3002 D, those were unlocked long before any of the newer german ones came in and not played since
UK
TD up to AT 8
SPG to FV304
US
have the T54E1 med, both lines leading to it fully unlocked with T49 and T69
TDs t25/2 + t25 at
Patton line have the m46 patton but haven't played it in ages, t10 not unlocked
Heavy up to t32
Soviet
Tds have the object 268, never bothered with the newer branched off line
Meds have the object 140
Heavys have IS3, KV3 is unlocked but never bought or played
Haven't touched the China or Japan lines

Fun is very subjective but from the sounds of it you enjoy speedy tanks?
Cromwell and Comet fit that well and being mediums will avoid the MM perils that all of the French fast tanks suffer from (being light scouts). The new TD Charioteer also seems good it's basically a T8 Comet.
Type64 might be worth a punt but again its a light tank so gets scout MM.

Yeah i do, i like being able to relocate easily. Funny you mention the Cromwell and Comet as i've planned on doing those quite a few times but end up getting side tracked. Maybe i should just do it.
Not sure about the Charioteer as it's quite tall and pretty much has paper armour. Type 64 is a no go, i already bought the e25 and is6 in the past month so i'll get an earful if i buy any more lol.

four games in a row with a T29 where I've come near top despite being ranked quite low, we lose them all.

Bought the tier VIII Jagdpanther II today, had it unlocked beards ago and used all my free xp to unlock it's tier X gun and it's simply the most fun one can have with your pants on !!
I'm an average player but this seems really OP and so easy to play, it's very fast has decent gun depression and everything you shoot dies in glorious fire !! it's got paper armour but with binoc's and a nice fat bush to hide inside it's TD heaven

I struggled with amx line but love 50B
t54 is always fun - as are 9-10tier russian meds
Love British meds and heavies - have researched 10s ages ago but had no money to purchase
especially when they dont take them for CW all depends what you like..fast action ? then bulldog rules.
Ru is quite good as well
seen guys doing insane damage on t49 as well

I haven't played WoT much in the last 3 weeks, Elite has been getting my attention (such a relief not to have a team full of idiots for a bit).
I played 4 games last night and was very quickly reminded why I stopped. Lemming trains, PKing, AFK/Botting all still rife. My fave was when I took a hit for a one-shot-kill STB1 in my E100 last night and he accused me of blocking his shot - SIGH !
I really like the idea of getting some proper teamplay going.

If we can get Strongholds going I'll be up for a few battles, same with Team Battles, but only at weekends generally (though Wednesdays I am sometimes available)...

Whenever I'm on I always platoon with OCUK members but it only ever seems like zoombabup, AdeMcG, Cded and Nix take me up on the offers. Im sure everyone will have seen me offering/spamming at some point or other in the OCUK chat

I've spoken to datamonkey and he said he would take a look at it this evening.
It would appear that only the clan commander can make top level stronghold changes/instigate new buildings.
He still pops on now and then but not as often as he would like. He did say that he would be happy to step back and make me commander if we wanted a more 'active' stronghold presence. But that would depend on whether you lot were happy with the idea. We'd obviously have to make DataMonkey some kind of honoury role if one exists.
I'm happy to do it. I don't play WoT as often as I did as I found that as my skill level increased I became so aware of quite how idiotic most of the players in pub matches are. But some decent stronghold games where people are trying to co-operate might be just the ticket.... I do, of course, still pop in here daily.
