Did anyone else notice the small print??
Puts to bed the discussion regarding CD key purchases.
It looks as though the CD keys are for Rockstar Social Club, so if you buy from a CD Key website you don't get it on Steam, instead you register is on Social Club.
It doesn't mention anywhere that Steam is required.

Other requirements: Installation and online play requires log-in to Rockstar Games Social Club (13+) network; internet connection required for activation, online play, and periodic entitlement verification; software installations required including Rockstar Games Social Club platform, DirectX, Chromium, and Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 sp1 Redistributable Package, and authentication software that recognizes certain hardware attributes for entitlement, digital rights management, system, and other support purposes. Single use serial code registration via internet required; registration is limited to one Rockstar Games Social Club Account (13+) per serial code; only one log-in allowed per Social Club account at any time; serial code(s) are non-transferable once used; Social Club accounts are non-transferrable.

I've pre-ordered it already but TBH I'd rather it on Steam with my other games

So basically you need a STEAM KEY not a normal "CD KEY" - Most of the decent key site stores already state whether you are buying a CD key or a STEAM key so this is all within normal buying routine really.

That small print doesn't rule it out at all. Those offering Steam keys....will provide Steam keys. If it doesn't say Steam it will probably be the ordinary CD key.

It's the same with Uplay games.

Will wait for reviews for pc, completed 75% of the game on the ps4, although i would like to see it on my 1440p all settings on ultra to see if they really have spent the extra time tweaking the pc version.

What hints at it being a console "port"? It's anything but a direct port. R* have confirmed that we get a better game all round, better graphics, better performance and that they were able to make the game feel as intended rather than restrict it down due to console hardware limitations.

Also a bit naive to blindly believe everything they say. It's not like they would actually tell the truth, if the truth was in fact cba lol.
