Office PC (Dell Dimension 5000 :p) is on its last legs and has become painfully slow. I've been given about £300 to build a new PC. Doesn't need to be anything too special as it's only used for word processing, emails, ect but I think an SSD for the boot drive would be a good idea.

Essentially, I need; Monitor, MoBo, CPU, SSD, Hard Drive. I was thinking of going Intel and using the onboard graphics, but I have a spare HD5450 that could be used also.

I already have a Power Supply (Corsair TX650M), 4 GB of Samsung Green, Enermax Heatsink and an Micro ATX case. I might be able to get a copy of windows so leave that out of the equation for now.

Thanks.

Something like that I reckon. I built a similar type for my parents with similar needs. More than quick enough for surfing and word processing.
I went for 256gb SSD. Could go lower and get a Hard Drive too, but thats preference.

Bit over but very nice monitor for an office (there's a black version too). The H81M-PLUS motherboard brings USB 3 on the mid-board, if your case has USB 3 ports and you like using them.
