Yup I could do with freeing up the space in my vault that my IB normally takes up when I swap it between chars.

Nothing wrong with having 3 IB's and 3 G'horns



I would say it isn't a waste for four reasons:

1) You still gain extra super energy for killing minions of the darkness (quicker fireborn is always useful!);
2) You can always switch to Voidwalker for raining down the Novabombs;
3) Only costs 13 Sc's which is bugger all.
4) Easier way to get to level 32 as the Helmet seems to be a rarer drop than the rest of the CE armour.

I run it all the time on my Sunsinger Warlocks.

OK that's out of the way, I was within days of giving up on this game and going cold turkey but that's out of the window thanks to the one gun everyone has been rubbing in my face in one day I have nearly maxed it out just the last 4 upgrades

How does a level 29 get 11 strange coins excluding weekly heroic and VoG?

Weekly heroic is only guaranteed way. Daily public event, and blue engrams often give tthem too, and ROC strikes.

I'm confused. Xur is selling exotic weapons but the requirements seem to say you need the weapon before you can buy it?

You can't buy the gun from Xur. You can only upgrade it from the old 300 attack version to the newer 331 attack version. You trade Xur the old weapon, an exotic shard, and the required amount of glimmer and you receive the new version.

Bad Juju can only be gotten by completing the Exotic Bounty, Toland's Legacy.

Impact is the weapons real damage.

Higher the impact, the more damage you do. In crucible, impact is the only stat that matters.

The damage score appears to be factor that affects the weapon damage and how it scales on PVE enemies. People have theories on the maths behind it, but nobody knows for definite as bungie have never explained.

If your participating in crucible, do not look at the damage stat, only impact.

For PVE and Iron Banner you want a 331 damage weapon, with as high an impact as you can get.

You've already been given the information you asked for but what's also worth noting is that the range/impact on different weapon types aren't comparable. So a sniper will still do 4 times the damage of a hand cannon even if the sniper has 1/5 of the impact bar and the pistol has a full impact bar.

Finally got rank 4 Iron Banner this morning so I can get the gauntlets. I wanted to pull my hair out in frustration as I've had a really poor connection the past few days and it always seems to go to **** in crucible when I have dodgy internet. It wouldn't be so bad if I was playing a few matches but grinding out a whole rank takes a few hours and by then I've lost my rag
