Last NF done and I received another solar fusion rifle.....

One WH done but I can't bring myself to bother with the other two.

I have started to feel like I am burning out on the game now. There are still a couple of weapons I want from the VoG, and I will still be playing HoW (already paid for it as part of the season pass) but beyond that... I don't know.
 
I'm along the lines of finish Hard Mode so I know 'at least I've done it'.

Then just Tuesday NF/WH, a couple of raids and some PvP fun throughout the week. My Hunter now have full Raid gear but I am in two minds to level him up or not.

1) If it's going to be like new DLC, the raid gear will be lower than shop bought gear, I already have the best gear for my PvP fun. Gives me more time for other games!
 
not sure if people want to no but i went back in to Crota End Boss last night to record a video of the Red Deaths Health Regen so people get an idea of what it can do for them.

Honestly when it comes to CE I don't know if I can be bothered. I really enjoy the VoG, but I struggle to like anything involving the Hive.

I don't know about anyone else but it feels to me that the DB/CE will be forgotten once HoW launches whereas the VoG will still be played/enjoyed (for the shards / energies required to upgrade new vendor items).

The DB seems to have put itself in a corner.

Or Bungie will make Radiant Shards the new shard currency :p

I enjoy both. VoG for the challenge, CE for it's 'possible short run' when everything goes right. Or when it just don't chain up, on normal mode, it can run into 4 hours!

The HoW is only 6 weeks away, so not long now, good time to cool it a little.
 
After picking up the raid auto rifle last night, I really can't be bothered with Nechrochasm, so I may just not do the crota kill.

I want to level up some gear on my hunter as I plan on making that my main once HoW drops, so apart from a weekly CE HM run to crota, I will probably be doing VoG, nightfalls, maybe crucible until HoW.

I find the game more fun once you can step off the grind mill. There's no grindy reason to do VoG, now I can do it for fun :) There's a couple of things I do want.....the Dead Orbit ship (I didn't know there were faction ships until this week!), and a Vex.

Thats pretty much exactly how i've felt this week. After being away for a week snowboarding coming back to destiny seem a little bland. Probably didn't help that when i did the 3 nightfalls i'd missed, one game me 8 shards, one gave me 9 energies and the other gave me a helmet for a hunter (which i don't have) haha.

I just don't feel compelled to defeat crota on hard mode and think i'll be able to hold off until the HoW comes out, all the current armour is replaced immediately and then we can go in and kill crota at the same level (33) in order to get the weapons i'm gonna miss out on for the next 6 weeks.
 
Does anybody want to run the NF and weekly with me and a mate tonight at 9 o'clock? I'm finally back online after seven days and have some catching up to do!

I want Red Death (for the healing) but yeah TL is certainly a possibility. Mind you it is an awesome gun. Mine shredded Phogoth / hallowed knights in the NF/WH.

Despite my earlier comments I had a really good evening just doing some bounties and a little bit of Crucible. I was doing the Thorn bounty so was running of AE / PR & Truth. For me I think I did quite well; Top of my team / board, 29 kills, 2.xx K/D and 97 points towards 500 of my Thorn bounty. All in one match as well! :D

Now if only I hadn't of fell of the map 5 times my k/d would look better.... :o

Looking forward to the raids over the next couple of days. :)

Bah..

No Land Beyond is the worst weapon in the game, I'd rather have a green anything than that.. I've had 3 now from drops and dismantled 2 of them (kept 1 in the vault just for posterity).
 
I'm basically going to burn my MoL on engrams (hoping for something new to add to the collection) and might buy another shard or so. Other than that my SC's will just sit in the vault until next week.
 
Might get the dance machines for a laugh :) I have decided to actually try and level my hunter up to 32....slightly regretting sharding his raid boots to get my main to 32, but never mind!

Are there any better exotic helms than Symbiote or Arachnid for a hunter? Have a couple of Obsidian Minds and a Skullfort titan helm in the vault so I don't really need to...but...
 
No heavy ammo!!!!! Im totally out after losing rocket after rocket due to the heavy ammo bug on Crota HM. It's ridiculous that this bug has been around forever yet they still charge 950 for a synth, if they cannot fix it they should at least halve the price of buying from the gunsmith.
 
I am having to glimmer farm for synth now.

As for items available, bit meh this week. Probably first weekend I'm not buying anything, even for collection. Radiant Dance Machine is tempting just for PvP laugh.
 
Well I think that might be me done with this game (until HoW) once I buy and level up the Radiant Dance Machines for my Hunter. Level 32 on all 3 characters with no real interest in beating Crota on Hard, it's just not fun.

As for Xur selling No Land Beyond.... I've had 5 of them already :mad:

..and to the people saying he would sell Gjallarhorn this week. LOL :D
 
I was hoping Bungie will make it a Red Death sales via Xur. Can imagine the uproar on the Bungie forum about scrubs and crap like that. NLB is the universal up yours from Xur tbh.
 
I've finally got my first character through VoG. Christmas newbie :P

Got an Icebreaker, Found Verdict (I think; the shotgun) and a purple chest piece! I was quite impressed with the haul as seemingly most people only got shards!

Is the helmet engram worth picking up from Xur, or should I just wait for my Vanguard rep (very close to 3) and pick up a reliable upgrade. Currently only got blue helmet.
