Any decent Macbook repairs in the SE?

So my Macbook air 2010 laptop screen has started corrupting when I move the screen, it's perfect when still, so I think it's a dodgy cable. Can anyone recommend a repair specialist in the SE UK? Apple have quoted me £600 which basically makes the computer a write off

Try Amsys in Kenley, they've done well for me before albeit all the work was under warranty.

Personally I'd have a look at fixing it myself, plenty of guides on ifixit and parts on ebay.

Amsys do have a training centre in london, we use group 8 via apple at work. worth giving them a call?
