Hawkmoon kills in 1 hit if both perks stack on a single bullet, which actually happens quite a lot.

Ahh yes, this is the hand gun I was talking about, a few people had them, seems pretty OP. But as a whole I really enjoy that it actual takes some skill to kill players, and you don't spray and hope 3 bullets hit.
