I'm back baby!
I'm an unashamed word geek. I like etymology, and I like nice sounding words, like mellifluous (which certainly is).

Defenestration is a good one, strangely as are sesquipedalian and brobdingnagian :D

Give me yours :)

I found onomatopoeia at school whilst studying Wilfred Owen. My teacher wrote it on the board incorrectly :D

I liked the use of it, BTW

My favourite word is currently 'Flange'. It is incredibly versatile as words go: not only can it be used to describe intimate ladycaves but it can be used as a derogatory term for people ('He's a right flange') or just as an expletive in it's own right!

I was coming in to say defenestrate. Nobody could understand why I was so happy after being pushed out of a window at a party in Mongolia. One of my proudest moments.

tappets

Used universally as the item of blame when something doesn't work correctly, regardless of what the something is.

Moist goes without saying!

I have two. One is glistening. The other is pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis, which interestingly enough I can actually pronounce :)
