Parvum Systems case issue (resolved)

The feels train doesn't know which way to travel!

I think the lack of communication is what caused the main issues. Unfortunate for the botched first job, it happens though.

Kudos to Parvum for amending this and starting from scratch. Really does help to hear both sides of the stories.

Good luck to both parties.

It'll be a great chance for us to show first hand with photos of us fixing this mess up and dip in quality.

I will also post a video of us installing the same hardware to ensure the case is solid and working as intended!

Thanks for all the input and support. This will be an epic case for the customer rather than a refund and totally bad experience.

Whoa - thats awesome - cant wait for the pics :)

The thing that concerns me is that who did the QA and deemed the shipped parts to be of satisfactory quality?

Especially since it's now being acknowledged that they clearly aren't.

We can compare the quality of the parts and issues when we have the returned case and in video not lower quality flash photography.

The biggest QC issues such as the wrong colour mid wall and missed bolt holes had been fixed and addressed.

The tooling marks mentioned and the engraving are certainly not as bad as they look. We will compare the new to the old to show the difference under video and natural lighting. You can easily see a huge white flash bulb on the black acrylic making it almost non black in the photo. Imagine how this effects the engraving.

Anyway mistakes happen and if QC was missed or under par we are doing what we can now to fix it and always do for customers.

Our returns rate is almost non-existent so we are not to concerned about QC in the warehouse but will ensure standards are further improved.

@justin

Shipping the case back cost me around $261! This amount should be refuded

You will find the receipt inside the box, I told them to put it inside as a proof.

You can also verify the shipping cost with your local UPS office, they will tell you how much I paid for returning the case.

UPS Tracking Number: 1Z09A0806740756532

Please say you OK'd that with Parvum before sending?

Rather than just assume they'd pay that much for postage when the case actually cost you only a little more
