Meant behind the cards in front of the hdd cages, though tbh mate i have tried the method you describe too.I'm thinking he means behind them outside the case not In front of them , I could be wrong though
But neither have been that great for my setup in sig. Looks like a side fan mod is my only option.Just remember you still need to use the two blower fans from your Titans with the HG10. Although hopefully this time you wont need to run them at 100%.
Thats handy, im toying with the idea of getting a sheet of acrylic and just making a temporary side panel with a fan cut out. Wont need a peice to cover the whole area of the side panel. The 5.25 bays and hdd bays on the primo are all sheeted off. So ill just butt it up against that part. Would save the bother of cutting the stock panel.The case side has two 120mm mounts right over the GPUs. Thing is that whilst they will feed cold air to the blowers they won't stop the blowers spinning up.
It's actually looking like Corsair will be shipping out the N780 soon so will deffo hold out for that
