I forgot how bad the graphics are, they are all blocky on the main screen and loading screens lol

Tried the usual way like alt and enter. Didn't work.

Alt+Enter worked for me but i just got a full black screen 32" TV to much resolution i guess.

Graphix are so bad tho but remember when they werent... Scary how far things have come xD

Such a great game. Bullfrog made some great titles in my youth! The different diseases/conditions were hilarious, as was the ability to crank the radiators up and charge through the nose for soft drinks

Its the open source remake of theme hospital which uses the original game files. I mentioned it in the other thread and am still happily using it

Full screen works for me on 1080p without using corsixTH, weird.

I had no issues running the game and I was using 1080p as well.

Strange then and I'm using the origin free one also. It boots to windowed mode and alt and enter did nothing and no options in game for full screen.

I have a GeForce 660 so not a recent 1. :/
