Probably not, as it’s a little early for that, and the invitation’s text cryptically hints at a device “more than 5 years in the making.”

Nvidia wearables...

Tbh I just want to see GPU's from the market leader, plz don't be tablet related, wearable related or something to do with cars..

GM200 / Pascal etc would at least be interesting..
 
Sure, the title is arrogant. But no marketing person ever got someone's attention by saving "what I'm about to show you won't change anything".

Hopefully it's some super-duper card. Hopefully not a tablet. Or something gimmicky. Like VR.
 
Maybe it'll be one of those devices from Men In Black that makes you forget things. They'll use it to erase the 970GTX fiasco from everyone's mind.

Hopefully not a new tablet though.
 
I suspect that NVidia are hoping to get people talking about what this could be for the next 3 weeks and also hope that it will take the attention away from the GTX 970 problems.
