As some of you know even though my G1 970 GTX was a good card, I wasn't happy with the situation that was going on regarding the 4GB VRAM, so I returned it under assurance I was to get a refund. In the mean time I purchased a 980 GTX and sent mine back.

Although Bailey had to chase it up as for some reason my card disappeared in the warehouse, I was not only given a refund on postage but also a full refund on the G1 970 GTX!

So as I'm usually the first to nag and moan at OCUK, this time they were spot on and Bailey is as usual the top man at OCUK in helping people out! Now that's how it should be done.

hi bailey ive received the email confirming a refund for two ocuk 970's but £40 was deducted, I guess this was for the two game codes, im sure I read gibbo stating it would be £10 per code but not sure to be honest

What was your RMA number?

I am away on Business at our sister company Caseking at the moment but I can VPN into the system at OCUK and check for you :D

Overclockers are really smart buisnnes guys.
They allow people to RMA gtx970( most of which whent for gtx 980).
Now all of returned gtx 970 will be listed in B-grade section,they will sell well over 200 quid,cos they're perfectly fine.
Overclockers service will be praise forever now.(win-win for everyone)
