Not to say I play this much, but the X52 joystick is placed right next to the keyboard and the mouse is on the outside of that :D

You have to prioritise....

A ship the size of the Enterprise would be insanely expensive to buy and difficult to control. Plus it would be too big to dock at any stations.

Plus it would require a crew of several hundred :D
 
I like the style of Elite ships. Curves are difficult to manufacture anyway. Also it take the curve stylist 400 years to adjust as that 0.000001mm movement of a nurb point makes all the difference......
 
DAMMIT

just interdicted the guy with the biggest known bounty in the entire game, 20Mcr + in his Python - CMDR-Derath... didn't see the full figure, but it was over 20Mcr

I interdicted him, then dropped the ball at the start trying to kill scan him with FA off, he got my shields down first then I started concentrating - outmanoeuvred him then went to town on his ass, at which point his mate in an ASP turned up and started hitting me, I focussed on Derath - determined to go to the end, managed to line him up, stripped his shields and got him to 60% when he made a run for it, all whilst trying to fend his friend in an ASP off.

Could totally have had him if it wasn't for the guy in the ASP backing him up, managed to make it back to the station for repairs which cost a bit, but it was my best PVP encounter to date, lots of interdictions tonight - got interdicted about 5 times, 2v1 at one point, stripped their shields and they made a run for it.

so much drama in Yembo, and nobody logging for a change.

Also - since I updated shadowplay, it's totally broken - not working at all, anyone else getting this? even reinstalled it

The Fer-de-Lance is another classic design from the original Elite so of course its going to be a bit "triangular". In my opinion they have done a brilliant job of modernising the classic vector Elite designs. I'd like to see the Mamba in the game as I think its speed would make it an excellent smuggling ship.

Yeah, I would expect 300+ million for the basic hull plus another 200-300 mil to get it half decent. I currently have 420 million in assets but I've not been adding much to it lately.

yeah lol, gutted about that... I know he's a really good player - so I'm just happy I held up and got the better of him, I was a bit worried as the Python is so tough - even post nerf, if you know what you're doing with it - so was glad to get the better of him - with his mate on me at the same time.

There's quite a few high-bounty cmdrs flying around atm, TIGGA is also there with 1Mcr+ and a few others,

Edit - turns out it wasn't his mate, it was a guy who'd been after me earlier, so god knows.. was a great game though,
