I have been having trouble with my BTmail page for quite a while -- Today I tried to access it with IE and it opened up perfect - so I seem to have a problem with Firefox not being able to get into BTmail - all I get is white page.

I have been all down options page on FF and IE to try and match setting but if they are there I couldn't find them - I think it's a cookie problem but not sure - I have BTmail allowed in CCleaner but IE did it before I checked so at moment I am clueless - So can anyone shine some light on this problem - I know it's going to be simple - it always is when you find problem.

Help please.

Dave

Thanks very much - I learn something new every day - It worked fine but it still doesn't tell me what original problem was - Now though I can check BTmail after every cookie click or whatever.

All this hassle because I didn't know.

Thanks again

You could also have tried the following:

Tools - Options - Privacy - Show Cookies

This would have enabled you to find the BT Mail cookie and delete it....

Worth a try.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

Basically creates another Firefox profile with pure default settings. Your current Firefox profile with all your bookmarks, history, addons, etc. will be left untouched. It's a nice way to test if Firefox works fine with no addons or letting you know you need to clean up your own Firefox profile.

Tried it with IE and worked fine so was FF.

Did a clean install and straight in so put all passwords back and put ad on's back on one at time and tested them - all works fine - did also accept BT cookies which don't think I did last time and now still working fine

Thanks for help and suggestions
