I am an idiot..

Lost my beloved Nexus 5 while skiing so now I have to get another phone.
Its a shame that the new era phones aren't out yet but i cant live with out a phone for 2 months. So what are my options?

Have been looking at the oneplus one but not sure if its too big (plus i dont have an invite).

Preferably would like something around 5 inches with good battery life and as little bloat ware as possible. Will get my phone sim free so not interested in contracts.

Appreciate your help guys

Good advice!

Can't find the 32gb version of the Moto X unfortunatly.

Anyone have the Z3? Is there a lot of bloat ware?

Seems like there is only a 16gb version of it. Feels a bit on the cheap for a phone with that price?

It's a damn fine phone and has minimal bloatware on it. I've had the majority of 2014 flagships and the Z3 is the best all rounder of the lot. You basically can't go wrong if you bought it as it's nice and fluid and the battery life is amazing on it - as good as the LG G2.

Perhaps have a play with the Z3 in a store if possible.

It's UI is similar to stock but personally I find some elements of the UI a tad dated. All up to personal perferences though so you will need to try it yourself.

Agreed that some of the elements are dated and Sony needs to overhaul the UI.

Sound advice though Orcvader

One Plus One?

*Facepalm* - Should really have read the OP properly. Anyways for the money it looks great, it isn't that much bigger than the Nexus 5. Invites are easy to get if you search around.

Edit: Also seems you can buy one without an invite every Tuesday: https://oneplus.net/blog/?p=1016/

Z3, I came from a nexus 4 and like native android, the Z3 feels quite close to that with all the additional aspects being good. The battery is fantastic

stoosh,AlecR, have you guys ever considered swapping addresses on WhatsApp/Skype/Hangouts or something so you can chat there instead of every single thread in this forum. ;)

Well said that man. :D

Just make a thread of your own. It's beyond boring now. "Oooh, a new post in xxx thread. I wonder what's new. Oh".
