Hardly!

We were laughing the whole way through, it was so ridiculous you couldn't get mad at it! Still i sent in a complaint to Ofcom and last i heard it reached 2000.

As for the one last night, She seems like she has a phoba of some sort and needs to speak to a professional to work through her mental problems. Still, she came across more sane as than the tin foil hat nutter who kept shouting "NEO-NAZI" at the kipper in the outdoor event, bet good money he's a Greens supporter

Over 5,000 complaints according The Guardian today.

Did you complain about the fly on the wall BBC2 documentary last night ? Channel 4 should have made a documentary it was far more entertaining, these guys just need a camera turned on them and the stuff just writes itself :D
 
Channel 4 probably did them a favour compared to that BBC 2 documentary last night. They do seem to attract the oddest people to their ranks. A guy who was in the National Front, a creepy clown collecting lady and that Rozanne Duncan who really took the biscuit:

I'm not surprised you chose to ignore the prospect who was standing but was suspended for making comments about the Thai lady and of course that councillor who was obviously racist saying the features of a particular race make her uncomfortable and then goes onto describe features of a Jewish person :confused:

Is it any wonder Nigel is standing for this constituency

The Thai lady thing is ancient news and has been covered in this forum a very long time ago and i didn't ignore the other woman, see post #121

I will re-iterrate, she doesn't came across as 'hateful', just that she has a mental phobia of a particular race which i think can be helped with councilling. She has my pity but not my sympathy. Still she was on the radio this morning saying that she will do everything in her power to stop getting Nigel Farage from getting elected, so now Bigot woman is your new best friend :D

Not hateful ? Is her other defence but that's what we called 'them' in the 1950's when 'they' knew their place ?

Maybe we can extend counselling to all those who have a fear of someone who looks different rather starting a political party which panders to those fears ?

It would be great if we can extend the Privent program to Green supporters, they need the most help :p
 
At least "meet the UKIPers" highlighted that they aren't the next Third Reich many fear them to be............................


The ones in charge of the Third Reich were at least intelligent, even if they were misguided.
 
The Liberals used to be the bin the wasted vote was put in, now it looks like it will be the Greens or UKIP. Reading about Brighton I wouldn't fancy the Greens having much more power and UKIP just repeatedly shoot themselves in the foot by attracting idiots.

A Labour/SNP coalition is looking quite likely.

The only wasted vote is no vote.

But yeah, Labour + SNP looks the most likely outcome (which I wouldn't be too unhappy about as SNP would at least moderate some of Labours centrist and right leaning tendencies).

We need a voting system like what happened in the Scottish Referendum.
