Is the gfx divide between the PS4 and XO narrowing?

Well something isn't right then with my bluetooth controller in the console then if thats the case.

I sit about 8-10 feet away but the console has to transmit through a very high quality mattress (£1400) as it's lower down than the bed. Console is in the bedroom.

I have 2 DS4's and I have issues on both from time to time in voice comms (when i use the controlle rove rmy mixamp) and also the controller starts moving by itself. e.g. My character on screen will start aiming up/down when i'm not touching anything, until I move closer then go back again.

Oh lawd, unless your "£1400 very high quality mattress" is made from lead, then that won't be causing the signal to degrade (as an aside, a mattress's cost doesn't indicate its quality, it indicates that you've been ripped off).

What is probably happening is that you're getting some sort of interference from something else.

The order is rubbish, haven't you seen the reviews? Predictably, after it was delayed it was obviously going to be a mess.

Any others? Why is it so hard for people to name AAA exclusives on PS4?

Oh and whoever used the size of the xbox as a negative needs their head testing, they've probably got brain damage from the Hoover sound of their PS4.

So to summarise your comments. Only your views count?

What if I'm not interested in Halo, Forza, or Horizon? The other two games you listed aren't exclusives.

Why do you *need* people to list AAA exclusives? Are non triple A exclusives not good enough for someone to enjoy?

What if you think there aren't currently any AAA exclusives on the Xbox One that makes it a worthwhile purchase?

Why is it that you can't see or process that other people like things that aren't the same as your likes?

If they like the games on Xbox One more, they'll get one of those, if they like the games on PS4 more, then they'll get one of those.

Whether you think the games are good or not is extremely irrelevant.

You are joking right?

I always find it strange how you feel the need to list the prices of things you pay for. I find it even stranger that you question people who buy other expensive items (headphones for lack of a better example) and say they are not high quality and then you go and buy a £1400 mattress that has some sort of metal in it that is causing your bluetooth connections to not work. :D On a side note, I could probably find 50 threads where you slate the Bluetooth audio quality on the PS4 controller (its not aptx, its not audiophile etc). Is it possible your mattress is causing this issue as well? :D

He will return from work thinking nice my thread has 3 pages of constructive feedback:D
In fairness if you remove posts from 3 posters in this thread, you would get a 2 page thread of some useful info, related to the OP :)

Oh lordy, I knew the Xbox 360 vs PS3 was a divisive subject, but this is a whole other level. : )

Think I'll wait til the games released now to see some reviews, if Witcher 2 is anything to go by there will be a ton of patches within the first few weeks anyway.

I very rarely put my point across in fickle arguments like this.. But the question was answered within the first few posts.

The gap will narrow over time but will never close.

Try the controllers, pick the one you feel most comfortable with.
That's all the OP needs to hear.

The gap won't narrow. It might not be something people want to hear, but it really won't narrow. Any improvements the Xbox One will make, the PS4 will make similar ones.

The bottom line is if you're buying an Xbox One, the power difference shouldn't be that much of an issue as you're more than likely buying it for the games you can only get on the Xbox One.

The same reason people buy a Wii U, because of the exclusive Nintendo games only available on the Wii U. It being less powerful for some reason doesn't seem to be argued that much, or people don't seem to think the gap between the Wii U and other consoles will close, because well, it doesn't matter.

If you're mainly bothered about the power of the hardware, buy a PC.

I think it's mainly because there wasn't such a large gap between the PS3 and Xbox 360 compared to the PS4 and Xbox One.

The PS3 was more powerful on paper, and PS3 first party games were usually the best looking. But on the 360 third party multiplatform games tended to look better because it was a lot easier to work with the hardware.

So it was a case of swings and roundabouts there.

But with there being a large gap between the PS4 and Xbox One, I think the clowns who used to claim that the PS3 or Xbox 360 were much more powerful than PCs are now out in force with regards to the Xbox One.

Some people are just in denial about it for some reason. It really doesn't matter. As I said in previously, I don't care that my PS4 or PC is significantly more powerful than my Wii U, or that my PC is significantly more powerful than my PS4.

I buy hardware for the games. I don't have an Xbox One at the moment because the games available don't interest me, but if games start to come out that I find interesting enough that I want to play them, then I will end up getting one. It's the same reasons I have a PS Vita and 3DS.

I dont think the contoller is a reason to choose a console. Which ever one you pick even if it feels a bit strange/uncomfortable at first, but afater while you will get used to it as you use it.
