Chaps, it is very uncommon for the drivers to take this long and they are usually more on the ball. Don't be hasty and give them the benefit of the doubt. Freesync would have been the issue and I am sure they had the driver team pretty much concentrating on getting Freesync up and running. I am sure once CF Freesync is going, they will be back to normal updates.

Today, the sun disappeared from the sky AND Gregster speaks sense on an emotive AMD issue. Pretty sure both are signs of a coming apocalypse!
For the record, I agree with Greg on this one. This is has been a one-off while AMD got a (presumably technically complex) new feature up and running, I am sure business as usual will be resumed once this is all bedded down.

Whilst it could've gone better, I completely agree, i'm happy to see there are updates happening. BF:H is there, so i'm happy. Although I'd be ****ed if I had Elite Dangerous.

Driver definitely improved Attila performance for me (unless game patches made differences, I haven't played since launch). I went from having to play on medium, to max settings (only MLAA) and averaging 34fps on the benchmark at 3440x1440.

Regarding drivers, I am happy they have been released finally, but considering the wait they are disappointing. Let's see how AMD do with driver until June, if no improvement and 390 is too expensive then I may have to get a 290x from members market to keep me going until pascal comes out

But surely they have enough developers to do that on the side? Then keep all mainstream development going for performance improvements/crossfire profiles.

No im not hitting ram limit i mean sometimes it doesnt show but put graph overlay on and its constant for me anyway
and i dont get it in bf4.Seems a few people are getting it according to one site
Indeed, stink of terrible software development practices. New features should have been developed in parrellel and a continuation of regular updates for customers, software management 101.
