My PS4 keeps being used for netflix duties on the the bedroom tv so I can't use it in the lounge at the same time. Is there a dongle or anything that will put netflix on the bedroom tv really cheaply?

or buy a cheap small form factor second hand office PC that can provide media centre duties, as well as being a PC so you can use it for music, surfing, streaming etc.

I picked up a Lenovo core2 machine for £25 from a chap who buys bulk loads of ex-office machines. I purchased an extra stick of ram and a Wi-Fi card, again second hand and you've got an all singing and dancing media box.

Chromecast is great but be warned you can't use services like unblockUS to see other regions of netflix thanks to the network/dns settings being locked down.

ps - yes I know there are router table hacks but it hardly goes hand in hand with the p&play nature of chromecast!

Router + TomatoUSB + US VPN (like PIA) is a relatively easy solution... then every device that connects to the router will be behind the VPN and you won't need to use/subscribe to unblockUS.

All the more reason to buy a cheap ex-office pc, mini form factor, plug a wifi card into it, HDMI to the telly box, audio cable to a separate amp for sound if that is your thing- stick win7 or Ubuntu on it then you have a full on media box, plus the benefit of a proper desktop operating system.
