** TITANX **

I don't think FC4 ran any good with either Brand in Crossfire/sli .. like most UPLAY games

"I have already mentioned the problem with one of the cores on my hexacore CPU spiking to 100% usage."

I did a FC4 Benchmark and that was my conclusion when looking at the horrid performance and all the stutter. It's down to the engine.

I think if I manage to catch the EVGA SC in stock direct from EVGA I might not be able to resist. As soon as they are available though you literally have a couple of minutes before they are gone again.

I had one in my basket and paid, only for Barclays to block it as potentially fraudulent. By the time I'd got it unblocked. All gone.

If the SC aren't binned then I may as well save money and go for the standard one.

Having owned a regular Asus Titan and a SC Titan previous, the Asus was the better clocker (and by quite a way), so that leads me to think that there is no binning on the SC. I still ordered one but more for the lazy overclocker that I am :)

On the OCN forum people are mentioning its just a normal OC (13%) with no binning whatsoever.

If someone uploads the bios I will probably flash my stock card and see how it goes.

I will try a few BIOS's but not till I have them under water and I am in no rush to do that. I am so lazy but if the noise is bad, that might make my hurry up a bit :D

Sorry for being thick but what do you mean by the SC being binned?

This is (arguably) the least 'Titan' out of the Titans that have been released, yet it's looking like it is going to see the best sales.

We seriously need better competition.

Will we see aftermarket air coolers for these or will nVidia block them?

What's the point of getting it from EVGA? Price looks to be about the same and then the bank will charge you naff exchange rates from the Euro.

The standard one works out just below £850 and from other sites where people have ordered the converted price has worked out around the same, maybe a couple of quid more.

Probably due to more people going 1440p 120-144hz and 4K

I actually voted no to purchasing this card , but AMDs lack of info on the R9-390X pushed me to the edge.
