Super cheap!

If you can get to Three Bridges. I've got a gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 you can have FoC if you want it (does need an IO backplate though)

Bought it for a friend a while back, then he decided he'd prefer an Intel chip, was going to throw it out at somepoint, but would rather someone put it to use

That would be great. It's just down the road. I can source one of them from somewhere!

Hi Sam, might want to take a look at this for a GPU.

**B Grade** MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti OC 2048MB GDDR5 £79.99 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BG-375-MS

click on clearance lines, then type in the search box at the top ---> clearance graphics cards

Then select clearance lines, then graphics cards which should give you a complete listing as to what's available in the clearance section. It's how i check it out anyhow.

They do have some cheaper GPU's there but i'm not sure how good they are, especially combined with that cpu.

BattFink, you are a man after my own heart, if i remember rightly, click trust on Savagesam117's post, then click send message........i think.

I think that'll be the answer! Whenever i look there, there is only 6 cards.. :/ i don't see any 750ti's. Hmm..

You guys are very generous!

Yeah, the full list doesn't show up unless you:

Enter search for "B Grade" > Categories: Clearance Lines > Graphics Cards.

Then you'll see them all (eleven just now).

With thanks to Shivvy for letting me in on this. There may be other ways of doing it. It needs fixing really, so that all cards show up when you just click on Clearance Lines and Graphics Cards.

Oh okay, just tried that and it works! Thank you very much! i was going to say i've seen more b grade stuff when searching than when i click clearance.

You want a cooler that will deal with that CPU's TDP, and that would benefit from a case that has less obstructed airflow.

It is also worth pointing out that as great value as £36 is for 4GB of DDR3 at 1600Mhz, £8 more buys you 8gb. And as I have had issues with 4gb on Windows 10, I would recommend that.

YOUR BASKET
1 x TeamGroup Elite Black 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (TPKD38G1600HC11DC01) £43.99
1 x **B Grade** MSI 970A-G43 AMD 970 (Socket AM3+) DDR3 ATX (MB-277-MS) £34.99
1 x EVGA 430W 80 Plus Power Supply (100-W1-0430-KR) £32.99
1 x Silverstone Argon SST-AR01 CPU Cooler - 120mm £25.99
1 x **B Grade** BitFenix Neos ATX Tower (CA-163-BX) £22.99
Total : £170.56 (includes shipping : £8.00).

Edit, I see no point looking at another graphics card, the old 7850 will not be worth that much, why spend £60 to £100 on a B grade card when a little more gets a much better option and your current card is worth less.

Thanks. I was looking for that ram but i couldn't seem to find it! :D
I'll probably go for this case as it is only a couple of quid more and looks better.

I have just found my H55 so i will be using that instead. So will not need a cooler.

And one of the guys on here is giving me a motherboard so that is one less thing to worry about.

And the reason i want another card is because I will have to take the 7850 out of my second PC and that means that wont work as it does not have onboard graphics. So with the money saving on the cooler and motherboard i can get a different card that will run minecraft!

Thanks for you opinion though :)

Those cases are alright. They are available in a range of colours though, if you want to see which one is preferred. :)

My only major complaint with them is the lack of cable management space, but with a solid side panel it doesn't matter that much.

I did notice the range of colours. Probably just go black though

Yeah, if I'm totally honest, it does not have to look pretty in the slightest. My case at the moment has barely any space behind the motherboard and i like to think i done a pretty good job of that, so if theres a will, theres a way! :D

I would also just use the standard CPU cooler if you have it, there is not much point spending £25 on an aftermarket cooler to go on a lower end quad core which won't get overclocked. :)

I don't have the standard cooler but i do have a spare H55 laying around that i'm going to use :)

Well if that is the case, a 750ti would be a good option, the mini ITX size models only need a 350w psu.

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI GeForce GTX 750 OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (N750-2GD5/OCV1) £95.99
1 x Antec VP350P 350W 85% Efficient Continuous Power Supply £31.99
Total : £137.58 (includes shipping : £8.00).

If you are thinking of a better model over £100, I would consider an AMD 280 though, with a 550w psu with a single 12v rail.

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI Radeon R9 280 Gaming 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £149.99
1 x EVGA 500W 80 Plus Power Supply (100-W1-0500-KR) £39.95
Total : £199.54 (includes shipping : £8.00).

Yeah that's way over the budget tbh mate.

It would be great and all but it's not worth spending that much on it. If i were to, i'd be getting a 1150 socket motherboard and CPU so when i can upgrade mine to an i7 or go x99 i can pop mine into it!
