Didn't stop Samsung putting out **** take advertising though when it was just the iPhone taking the abuse at the hands of these daft tests.

Which is opportunistic marketing. Tasteful or not, if it helps to drive profits - or their analysis suggests it might - then it is worth doing considering they're a business who have a bottom line to think about and shareholders to please.

There was undoubtedly an element of sticking it to a competitor involved but Apple and others would do (have done and continue to do) exactly the same.

Not sure what Vodafone are playing at but they appear to have increased the cost of their S6 Edge deals, luckily I signed up before then & got a 20% discount too.

Quite but you can't have it both ways and start bleating about iSheep and how all these tests are irrelevant when they're only happening because Samsung and fans rubbed Apple's face in it when the iPhone 6 appeared.

Trying to pretend it's not a problem now when everyone acted like Apple had just ruined the entire iPhone brand a few months ago is just hilariously hypocritical.

The prices are good and are almost as good as Handtec. However, it does state "Official Price and Availability To Be Confirmed", so it may not be the final price.
 
O2 have gotten rid of their 2GB plan for this, which is frustrating...

I spoke on live chat, they said it changes all the time, so keep checking. Well that's a lot of use for me isn't it! 3GB of data it is then for me.

Have a look on Carphone Warehouse, They seem to offer a wider range of contracts on O2 than O2 do themselves (I got a 1GB deal which is only at CPW. Plus they offered me a better deal than O2 so I only had to pay £99 up front not £130 and £32.50/mo and not £33.00/mo)

Might still be able to get the 2GB deal through them, although might be late in the day to get it pre-order to launch day.

Mines a 32GB S6
 
Yeah bit of a dilemma, as I like o2 refresh because I tend to only keep a phone for a year before getting the itch to upgrade so this works out better for me money wise. I get 30% off at O2, due to NHS discount (havn't seen if they do a discount for EE).

The below deal with EE seems good, especially as it's the 64GB and EE double speed etc, and obviously 10GB compared to 3GB data. But then I get a fitbit with o2 pre-order which again lowers the cost, and more through quido... argh!

lol. Except Apple have not stooped to that pathetic level as they don't need to, being the market leader and all.

Leading companies don't compare themselves to weaker competitors as that is in no way beneficial to them.
 
Not long to go now. This will be my first android phone so rather excited to get my S6 edge. Should be one hell of an upgrade from my 5S.

Monthly Cost - £38.49
Cashback - £70
Extra - Wireless Charger - (£40)

I'd sell the fitbit which reduces the cost more, but then i'd keep the wireless charger, can't decide! I will most likely upgrade, that's why refresh looks better to me as it would be cheaper...
 
just got another email from the .de website.

saying the same thing but this one now offering me a 30 euro voucher towards the T-Mobile variant of the S6 Edge ????????????????????????

Whats that all about??

tempted now to just go to a uk one
