Let's hope they did a lessons learned after GTA 4 and the game is well optimized out of the box.

Just bought a new nvidia 960 gfx card so hoping it will run GTA V on high settings. Definitely don't think my old 460 gtx would have a chance lol.
 
Going by all the articles/videos floating around the web over the last couple of days it seems like it's going to be very, very good.

I haven't actually played MP3 (on any platform) so I can't tell how good the port to PC was but by all accounts it was brilliant. The R* PC devs who worked on that worked on GTAV and according to the people who've played it, they like it a lot.

I don't usually wish my life away but I can't wait for next Tuesday :eek: :D

Preloading now, already have it on ps4, didn't get far on it but did enjoy it.
Gonna stick to sp once done the mp should be in a good working order if it aint already on release.

Edit: 4.9mbs is the fastest I can download it at, gonna take a while.

Can anyone give me some information about multiplayer? I've never played GTA multiplayer so have no idea what to expect!
 
Dispite playing this a lot on the 360 when I had it I caved in and got it off Steam yesterday too, preloaded and ready.

Could not resist any longer... The trailers look too good. Only downside is it got me looking at 980's now too..... :eek: :(
 
Have CJ's set up a torrent of official files? Might be useful for those with slow Internet who refuse to pre order (like me).

It's not like you can do anything with the files without a key.

Yay, I have pretty much that exact spec, except I have Titan X's in SLI instead of 980's.

And 16GB Ram instead of 32.

4k GTA V @ 60fps here we come.

So people can distribute copyrighted material? That wouldn't be a wise move on their part.

You're going to buy the game, the numerous posts in this thread about you not buying the game, means... that you're going to buy the game.

Just buy it from your place of choice, Pre-load and be done with it.

This is GTA we're talking about here, not some Kickstarter project!
 
Hmm ok, nuveem seems ok but now I have issues :p

When I try to log in, hitting the access account button, I just get this:

Tried different servers but it never fixes that?

Any ideas?
 
Got it from greenman gaming. Couldn't get the 25% code to work, but the 22% one did, so that'll do.

Kinda sucks it doesn't work on steam, but its not that important I guess.

Now for the preload :)
