FIFA 15

Matchmaking is based on loads of stuff. One of them being your team rating.

I think.....

Though I cant understand why you cant get out of Div 10, its insanely easy to do.......must be broken.
I know, managed to get to division 8 with the bronze team I started with on my second account in 3 seasons.

Team I'm using on both: -

Weidenfeller
Rodriguez
Naldo
Sokratis
Piszczek
Gustavo
Bender
De Bruyne
Schurrle
Ramos
Błaszczykowski

How? It's only around 6 division wins to get that, around 42-50 games on average. Easy enough to do that in under a week when I'm really playing the game. Just got back into it.

A lot of people ragequit against me so it's not always 15 minutes to win a game either.

On a good day I've won the division in under an hour.

Exactly that's a lot of games a week is more realistic than a few days as you said before that :p

You must be good, I rarely encounter rage quitters which I don't mind either better then games being ruined half way through.

First of all the whole if your good enough to own a player then you should own them doesn't make any sense. That would make the top players even harder to beat. Crap players would completely stop playing and the crap players are EA's bread and butter. There is no way they would or should implement that sort of system.

Second of all there is no way PES's gameplay is better and there is no way anyone is going to switch over until it actually is better.

There was a period of time when PES was better but it was only a very short period your talking 4-6 years and FIFA has been around for 20+ years now iirc for about 15 of them has been the better game.

This FIFA though has been absolutely awful. I won't be buying the new one at launch unless there are dramatic improvements the game just doesn't feel right, I don't know what it is but the engine just feels all over the place from one game to the next.

Taraabt is awful. Gone for Bojan, Coutinho, Cabella as my three CAMs now (they are the best up to IF Oscar and he is too much). Only change I'm considering is Coutinho for Eriksen maybe.

I don't mind them quitting if it gets me coins quicker.

AFK'ers ruin the game for me.

5-0 up and what does he do? Put the pad down and run away. I personally cannot recall the last time someone rage quit because of the DNF modifier.

DNF mod shouldn't punish people who quit through the menu but those that turn their console off. I wouldn't mind it if people gave in and quit but to go AFK is just wasting my time.

It's an issue which needs addressing but people have been doing it for many years now and EA don't do anything about it.

I don't think that's what anyone here has said.

If you're a better player though then you will be able to amass coins quicker than bad players so you should in theory be able to get the better players faster than someone who can only bounce around in the lower divisions.

Of course this just means it will take them a little longer or they have the option to buy fifa points if it really bothers them.

I think this new system can work well from the start of 16 as long as they fix the coin glitches alongside it.

That is the way it did work in FIFA 12 iirc.

The top players were less than 100K bar ronaldo and messi.

Etoo and Ibra were like 30-50K at around january time. It was a much better game back then but everyone had Ibra and it was too easy to score IMO.

Now they have fiddled too much with the engine to the point it cannot cope.

What they should do is remove trading like they did with the world cup version IMO. Was a much nicer system.

I dislike the World cup system simply due to the amount of duplicates you would get and not be able to do anything with them. I much prefer being able to choose a player i believe will fit in my squad however something drastic does need to change, but coin sellers are here to stay more than likely as someone will find a way.

There are disadvantages to every system though and duplicates was the only downside to that system.

IMO it helped prevent people buying tons of packs as after a certain point everything you got was worthless so you were paying money for nothing. You couldn't buy coins so the teams you played against were usually quite unique.

I had to use some players I would never of used before I quite liked the system.

It probably didn't make enough money though because of duplicates being worthless so that's probably why it wasn't implemented in 15.

I think this new system is here to stay as it probably makes them the most money. What they don't realise is a lot of people are going to drift away from the game but the majority will still buy it.

Many people, including Youtubers, have made a partial switch if not a full one and many of them have said that the gameplay is better. Obviously there's the issue with licensing which is annoying as you don't have 'Liverpool' for example but instead get 'Merseyside Red'.

As bad as FIFA is this year, PES still isn't better.

Youtubers are doing the whole PES thing out of spite as the price range thing destroyed a lot of their income from coin sellers.

I thought as much.

Youtubers main sponsors were coin sellers who have all been nuked by EA as of late.

The thing is though I don't trust EA or FIFA it may be worth switching next year just to get a feel for the PES engine and see if it's playable enough to get my fix.

I'd rather play a inferior fair game than a better rigged game so to speak.
