Out Of Touch - Upgrades

My system is getting on so looking to upgrade, but really to do as little as possible to be honest.

Currently Rocking:

Corsair HX 750w
i5-2500k @ 4.5ghz
16GB pc3-12800
6950 2gb

At the moment I'm playing on a 23" @ 1920x1080. I'm not massively fussed about moving up to 1440 and definitely not 4k, although i might increase the screen size soon.

I feel like the GPU is the bottleneck.

I'm looking for Bang for Buck, not the biggest and best. What represents the best value right now, and would be the upgrade of choice?

What case do you have also? need to check what ever card I suggest fits inside.

Oh yeah, good shout actually since its a Silverstone FT02, although I could pop out a bottom fan for a CM or 2.

Just noticed if you stick around a while you can even pick 290s up for around £140!

I found a used 280x for £90 in the clearance section about a month ago. There was another last night but its gone now...

A few 280X for £120-125 lately in the MM

A few GTX770s have also gone for that.

That along with the SSD is £200

Thanks for your help once more gents. just caught a 280X on MM for £100. I know they've been £90 but I wanna get this bad boy in an working! Should see a nice performance boost.
