Is anyone else having problems with the game loading? Trying to get into story mode but keeps freezing during the loading screen followed by 'GTA V has stopped working'

I think I might have some issues, 4770k will be fine but 770 2GB maybe not.

You right, that's a poor spec and you would be best of sending it all to me and in exchange I will send you a PIII and a Geforce2.

Anyone had any experiance running this with crossfire 6950's?

I imagine they will play it well enough, thinking of selling up on ps4 and buying on pc to play with some mates but dont want it to feel like a down grade due to my spec

I52500 k @4.5, 8gb ram and the above cards. I guess it will work well as most games still do

check your system memory, i was having BSOD within 2 mins of starting the game due to a system memory leak,
i found out that having my samsung SSD in reliability mode messed up some vertual memory settings and needed to be run in performance mode,
changed it to performance mode and its running fine,
i see your not on a samsung SSD but it might give you something to try

It's been fine with every other game recently at pretty close to max, but people are banging on about the VRAM

So I've now spent 6 and a half hours playing this game and only done 4 missions, I just get so side tracked with doing other things, and I still haven't really even tried it online yet.

well best for me is setting refresh rate at 99 or vsinc and all ultra settings aa kinda kills it .

what does Fxaa do cant really see difference

Yep, I've got 8GB of ram and every now and then, it creeps over, will have to invest in more. This game is a memory hog!

I've had a fair few 'this program is out of memory, please close it' crashes now.

Just keep all the settings on full mate. I use a 290x and the game is gorgeous.

Sod it. Tried repair, tried restarts, tried patience. None of it worked.

Might seem rash but not sure what else to do so I'm re-installing the game, which includes the 60GB download. It wasn't supposed to be this way

Yesterday I was marvelling at the game and enjoying being part of the PC Master Race.

Today - game fails to launch....

Starting to get my head around the game now, still working on SP before I jump on MP I got bored of being on an empty server. Not quite the on-line experience I was hoping for.
