BTW when DPD's status says 'We have your parcel, and it's on its way to your nearest depot in Aberdeen' they actually mean, 'We have your parcel, and it's in our depot awaiting transport to Aberdeen'.

That's OK then. No damage the card works fine.

It got to 55°C playing GTA V at 4k.

If you add better fans or push-pull you should get lower

I think by default the fan is intake.

I have an SP120 I can replace the stock fan with and preferably use it as exhaust.

Depends on your setup but I would prefer a AIO as out take.

Out take is best on AIO, I know with the 295x2 front mounted it was blowing warm air into the case.

Man this is a peach of a card! running sweet at 1400Mhz on the core and 8000Mhz on the memory, no dips and not going above 107% power, best of all it still only runs at 37 degrees under load

I ordered a Palit Titan X from a competitor. Hopefully should be here tomorrow.

I just couldn't wait any longer for the SC version to come in stock.

Gibbo mentioned yesterday that they've got 40 cards arriving on Monday from EVGA.
Fingers crossed mine is one of them. Then I can start building my X99 rig
