Hi,

I feel like I go around in circles.

So parties say they have done some thing - the other party say otherwise.

One newspaper/media say one thing - the other says something else.

One person on the street may be totally convinced of one thing but the next, not.

Russell Brand may say something is wrong with politics today but I say it's the distinct lack of facts and evidence to support claims. Where do you get your information?

mainstream media is designed that way no wonder your confused.
i don’t vote so no need to concern myself.

Links from here and BBC mostly. You're right that there aren't any "facts" though, I'm fed up of the whole election already. The spin and lies from all sides is ridiculous

I get mine from facts and a feeling i get about how I've personally seen labour and conservatives run the country..

Labour want everyone to get a public sector job and everyone else live on benefits and that includes the 120billion spent on non EU immigrants over 10 years they were in office.. Which i don't agree with..

Personally they've not helped me at all, conservatives have or lib dem by cutting the amount i can earn before paying tax, with low earners it doesnt look like they're going to touch them if they get in, only people earning over 25k a year, even though labour say differently.

Conservative i feel are doing a good job of getting benefit cheats into work, these cheats are stubborn though, i know of some that are still on them when they shouldnt be.. 5 years of labour will probably undo all the hard work, yes its harsh that real disables people have to suffer, but i cant sit back and watch the criminals win..

I like where conservatives stand regarding war and immigration, no benefits for 5 years under tory, only 2 under labour..

Labour say they can reduce the debt and hand out lots more benefit, by taxing the rich but can they really ? will working people be taxed more, how much more ? nothing is clear with labour..Are Londoners going to start getting upwards of 90k a year in benefits again under liebour ?

I wish i could vote labour without feeling lied too, i feel with the torys you know how the country is now so i kind of trust where they're going with it..

I'f the majority of the country are being hit hard with public job cuts, their extra bedroom tax, less benefits and love of over crowded citys and labour do get in, ill except thats what the country want..

I see the tears and cries of the right wing nut jobs who are appalled by the notion that rich people should pay more taxes in order to support welfare and the NHS, and then I place a big clear 'X' in the Labour box.

I refuse to Vote as I feel I'm just giving credibility to a highly corrupt and broken System. I just cannot justify to myself voting for the 'Best of the Worst'.

There should be a 'No Confidence in any of the Above' at the bottom of every Ballot Paper. They are all the same - Pigs at the trough, the only real difference between all of them is their 'Party' colours.

Basically this, I see no reason to support any of them and have never voted. I work hard and support myself wihout dependence upon the state but I'm not wealthy, my 'family' doesn't include children and both my livelihood and hobbies are products of the automotive industry. No party even pretends to cater towards my interests and as a result the whole election will pass me by.

There is, you self righteous lazy hypocritical pleb. You vote for the MP that best represents your views, even if that means an independent or fringe party representative, or spoil your paper, or you get off your lazy behind and stand yourself.

"I'm not going to vote" is nothing more than you contributing to the problem and voids any and all opinion you have on politics. Can't be bothered to vote? You don't get a voice, because you've just complacently and passively supported whomever it is that will win.

I'll give you lazy pleb, but self-righteous and hypocritical I am not. You are contributing to the corrupt and broken System by actively using it to Vote, whether it be for a Protest Vote or Voting for some Fringe Party as a means of a Protest Vote at the Major Parties. I want nothing to do with a broken, corrupt, self-serving System.
