Yes, we just moved in a couple weeks ago. About 1.5 acres in total, quite a lot is woods though.

I've been looking into upgrading the wheels/gear set next year, but for the cost i think i'll be better selling this bike while its still in good nick and picking up a carbon allez with 105's or better

Personally, i'd go for the Tarmac, £2000 with ultegra. It's a gorgeous ride. Nice aggressive riding position too!

£2k is far more than i'll be looking to spend, at this level anyway! It's purely recreational so i'll be looking to pick up a second hand carbon/105 bike for £500-600.
