Nevermind, They have MSI's in stock. Swapped my order for the EVGA for the MSI. Will get sent out tonight, Whaay :P
 
Price gouging has started in earnest now. An OcUK competitor has bumped all their 980Ti prices by at least £50 today!

If it is the competitor that rhymes with 'retire', I would stay clear of them like the plague. Neither website has brilliant customer service anyway, but I just wouldn't go there for my products. I made an account once, bought one item then 3 months later I go to order again and my account was closed. 2 years later I am still waiting for a response as to why it happened. after numerous emails they just never replied.
 
A quick question if I may; did any of you 980 Ti owners move from a 290x crossfire set up? If so, how do you feel about the swap now?

I spoke to CS and I was told 'hopefully this week' for my EVGA ACX 2.0. So, my hopes are very low for both a informative update and stock coming in early this week.

I'm going to be putting mine underwater when I set up my first loop later this month. Going for the Gigabyte reference card (from elsewhere cause of that gouge price) & EKWB Titan X Acetal. I did get an email from MSI Customer Service earlier that told me stock cooler removal is fine, despite various people on their official forums saying otherwise *facepalm*

Thanks. I guess all of the higher end cards will be on custom PCB's and thus will not work with the EK blocks. I know this is the owners thread but has anyone considered waiting for the 390x in the hope prices will drop? I'm locked to nvidia because of GSYNC btw.
 
Anyone pre-ordered the EVGA NVIDIA GTX 980 Ti HYBRID?? Any thoughts on this card... My money is down on the EVGA NVIDIA GTX 980 Ti Superclocked+ ACX 2.0

I pre-ordered the Hybrid, would love to know when stock will appear :( I went for the hybrid purely for the reduced noise/temps without having to go for a full on water set up.

Another retailer just added the Hybrid to their list of cards, and it has an ETA of June 12th.
