Surprised its taken so long, the UK has a much better infrastructure for wireless payment then the US, and I read an article recently where we make more wireless payments then anything else now :/.

You sure it wasn't cashless(i.e. debit/credit card/online) payments? Wireless payments are still only just taking off.

This article is interesting thou, and it shows that their is actual a huge volume of contactless here in the UK.

Looking forward to Apple Pay, we are pushing for our PDQ's to be enabled for it however the Banks don't seem to happy about it
