Cheap Win 7 Pro OEM Keys

You can currently buy a Win 7 Pro key for £18. Are these keys legit? What are the restrictions? It claims it can be used for two PCs - how does this work? And will the Win 10 offer count with them? Just seems too good to be true.

I wouldn't go near them keys, they may work but then all of sudden stop working.

keys can only be active on 1 PC at a time

Talking about fleabay? If its keys alone, forget it. If it's someone bulk selling old COA's they may be worth a punt they're pulled off old laptops and people often don't use the keys.
