Have the Nvidia vocal bunch gone back to the drawing board to decide what they can use for the "AMD are DOOOOOOOOOOMED" threads yet? :D :p

Not really, waiting to see actual UK prices and reviews.. today was always going to be a sales pitch from AMD, obviously it worked but you still have a 4GB GPU at $650 - notice AMD didn't mention how much HBM memory just how amaze balls it is..

I'm actually pretty sceptical. If I'm not mistaken the card they kept calling the 'fastest in the world' was actually the dual GPU Fiji inside that weird little cube PC on the stage. So, logically a single Fury X is not faster than a Titan X? Or am I just crazy?

I'm not a fan of cards being released with AIO cooler as your only option. If it really is a beast that they seem to be marketing then great. Moving the bar is always a good thing. But I am sceptical for now.

Why? Thats a str8 swap plus VAT.

When in history have we ever gotten anything at a direct currency conversion plus VAT?

Sometimes we're lucky if we don;t get a straight replacement of $ and £.

It'll be scalped to all hell in the first few weeks too, just like the 980ti has been.

Some people have gotten reference boards for £522 while others are willingly paying over £600 for the same.

I'm going to wait for some reviews and benchmarks and then possibly pull the trigger on 2 around August/Sept time.
