Batman Arkham Knight - Official Thread!

I went for the base game, over the one with the DLC. Most of the DLC doesn't interest me and if I choose to get the story based DLC, I'll just buy it stand alone.

Cost me £16 for the base game.

I have a feeling that sites like CD Keys wont exist for too long. How and why do Steam charge £40+ for games such as the Witcher 3 and Batman and CD Keys and other such sites have it for so cheap. :confused:

This wont last for long. But it does just show how much we are being ripped off and will only lead to piracy if they do try to put a stop to this.
 
I don't understand why you wouldn't spend another 6-7 pounds to get the season pass ? that alone is going for £30 retail


anyway .. which country does it unlock in first ? and when :)
 
Got this with my 980ti, when's it out?

I've just started Origins which has been sat in my library since release. It's pretty cool, but too busy, City was better but suffered the same a little bit. Too busy, Asylum was perfect pacing.
 
Currently finishing off city (first time on pc played it on xbox originally) and going to do the dlc for the first time in prep for this at the weekend probably. I think anyone expecting asylum again is going to be let down. As much as asylum is the best game this is the first time I've played city without playing asylum directly before it and on its own it holds up much better imo
 
Steam pricing is set by the publishers. Thing is, rather than steam pricing coming down I can see the publishers wanting more and more region locking to preserve margins.
 
£20 is a great price :eek:. Paid a little more at £23 from CDkeys, which I am happy with.

Hope the guys who made it still get a decent chunk of the cash when buying this cheap. I couldnt justify the price on Steam though with so many other great games coming soon.

Because I looked at what the DLC was, and out of about 5 pieces, only 1 or 2 sounded interesting. Figured if it was any good I'd get it individually.
 
Did anyone who ordered from CDKeys get 2 codes? I only got one code for Arkham Knight premium, but didn't receive the Harley Quinn pre order dlc, which it states is included in the description. Unless its included within the Premium edition, but my friend got 2 codes from GMG, one of which was for the HQ dlc :(.

EDIT: WOW, got a reply from them in less than 5 mins! :eek: Apparently the HQ dlc is included in the premium base game, so not quite sure why others need a separate key.

Really impressed with that response time. Took a few days to receive an automated response from gamefly.
