The AMD Driver Thread

I notice AMD say that Hybrid Crossfire is no longer supported. Does that mean you can't do it with the latest drivers?
If so, which are the latest drivers that did support it?

Also, is it supported in the Linux drivers? (Don't laugh, I'm seriously asking about AMD Linux driver! No, seriously, I am. I AM!!)

Not going to bother updating until a driver comes along giving actual improvements. 15.6 doesn't actually seem to do anything that 15.5 doesn't do. The Windows 10 drivers are the best performing for me as i'm on Win10. :p

I don't think they've done anything since the 14.12 Omegas, i only popped them back on when they added GTA V to em, and not updated since, as pointless putting the same drivers on over and over again, when all they've got added to em is games i don't have, so will be gving these ones a miss as well. :D

Well the only thing that this driver has that 15.5 doesn't is a disable crossfire profile. :p

Installed the modified drivers from guru3d a few pages back which have given me the vsr for my 7970. When I choose 1440p upscaled from my native res of 1080p all text and desktop gets blurry, not actually tried a game due to this yet. Is this normal?

Yes its normal.

There will never be good DX11 multi gpu support. Get it in your heads. DX11 was NEVER built for that.

DX12 OTOH is built from the ground up with multi gpu support in mind. You won't have to wait for stupid CF profiles and other hacks.

For me there is no Driver in 15.6 and it didn't install one, i had to install 15.5 over it to get an actual Driver.
