295x2 or 980Ti?

can use the whole card all the time or can only use some of the card most of the time.

that is what you are looking at mate. tbh i would go for the 980ti as you can use all of the card all of the time.
 
I think the 295 for 400 is a steal. Still, if you wanted crossfire 290x's have gone for as low as 210 each.

980ti is better but mainly if you get a custom one so you can really push the OC.
