When I was younger and naive I used to think this, humans natural function is to reproduce and carry on and sustain life, this can't happen if you are gay, I used to sort of think it was part of a mental illness.

But now I'm older and wiser I don't really give a ****, you are what you are and if it doesn't affect me or my life what other people choose to do with their lives then sod it!

[edit] Oh how surprising at the list of states that banned gay marriage...

Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee and Texas.

Basically most of the places that tried to secede the union as they wanted to keep slaves too.

Most of them states have the highest proportion of African Americans so I saw it as likely to be that their religion promotes discrimination as long as its not towards themselves of course.
