Elder Scrolls Online

is it good then? i loved the skyrim game... mate has just text me to see if i wanna grab this.

any deals anyone knows about? (xbo)

Played my first PVP last night. Can you target the other alliance? I find it really confusing as we had around 100 of our alliance attacking the others and Found it had finding them (enemy) within the crowd lol.

Anyone recommend a website or maybe video which explains how PVP works too? I did the tutorials but still finished them wondering what the hell is going on.

Finding this game really hard to get into at the moment even after having loved Skyrim. Is it better when played with friends?

Depends if you're social or not. Skyrim and Fallout are renowned for being solitary games, it's part of their charm. The Elder Scrolls universe adapts well to become a pretty awesome MMORPG, but requires dedication to get anything from it.

Dedication based on how much time you invest into it?

Base on how much time you're willing to grind for materials and learn on your own - the basic tutorial misses out a lot of stuff, Researching of traits is a big one. Casual gamers will miss it and wonder what all the fuss is about etc

I'm quite a casual gamer and you can jump on with friends or explorer on your own. Having a guild to chat to makes solo play more interesting. But I've got to L16 on my own.

I'm really enjoying it.

As Mr Jones says. Once you've learnt some of the more "hard to get your head around" bits, it gives you a good sense of satisfaction.

Time, a lot of it, is required.

Oh god.. so many games and so little time, This straight up killed the chances of me catching up with my list of games to play.

Is the group finder really the best option for finding groups for dungeons? Ive tried last few nights and queued but nothing even after a couple of hours waiting...and when it does join me with a group no one goes the the dungeon either.
