Very nice.

Thanks, it's a great little table top box. :)

Just running cache tests in AIDA.

Full spec:

Lian Li PC-V359WA
GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5 M-ATX
Corsair H55 AIO
i5 Devils Canyon 4690K @ 4.4 1.15v
Cache/Uncore 4.2 @ 1.185v
Gigabyte Fury-X
TeamGroup Vulcan 2400Mhz 16GB (2x8GB) C11-13-13-36-CR1 1.65v
Intel M.2 70GB (Boot)
Samsung 850 Evo 3DNAND 250GB (SteamLib)
WD 2TB Green

I know, just saying all these 600mhz hbm OCs are wrong to me :D
my one of the cards is artefacting at everything above 570Mhz. And MSI Afterburner is messing up the CCC

Personally I've not tried overclocking it yet. I think clearly from a daily perspective there is little point, there will be a great deal of error correction in this stuff

For me Aida GPU memory test shows nonsensical results and it is all over the place ;)

Fury X cancelled, I'm not prepared to pay over 500 for a whiner of a card. Will give it a few months, wait for prices to drop along with a new pump revision to surface. Might then just jump on a Fury X2 if they've got freesync working on crossfire.

Cheers whyscotty

Have the 4790 too

Nice bump from a 290x in the opengl area buy the looks of it in valley! 290x scores 1380 ish with opengl (stock)

Trying to gauge if they have improved the opengl both in driver and new card.

They did with the 15.5's under *nix. I know it's not a apples to apples but openGL perf is a tad better under nix than in windows.

Am still on the fence regards a fury or a ti tbh. The bump in the last driver gave me some confidance in them . Only thing is lack of released furry linux driver. (Hint MATT/JOE!!! ;) )

Edit:

Just seen it's in DX not Opengl :(

FS Ultra

1110/500Mhz

1110/550Mhz

The lack of gains here, but more at 1080p in FS supports (in some respects) the theory that the bus is actually locked and it is just latency that is making the gains seen. Maybe, maybe not.

It would be interesting to see a GDDR5 card run FS Ultra twice (one with a 10% memory overclock) to see if GDDR5 gains as much percentage wise.
