I'm not sure it is his right to be able to do that. Surely there is some kind of public order law which would at least justify an arrest if not actually being charged? Come to think of it, why could this guy be charged with a more serious crime like treason? Haven't Isis declared Britain an enemy and aren't we currently bombing them?
Regardless, if the law does protect him then it should be changed immediately. There should be zero tolerance for things like this.

In northern Ireland there's more flags than you get at the UN, all the various paramilitary ones, Israeli, Palestinian, Irish, union jack, independent ulster, Scottish. Even the Gaa supporters represent with their colours. This country is a flag makers dream.

Apparently the Confederate flag has made an appearance in some parts of Belfast too since it all kicked off in the US. And there's skull and crossbones up round Ballymacash. Not sure if they're flying it in solidarity with their Somalian brothers, but don't let whoever put the Confederate flag up see or there could be fisticuffs.
