Isis Troll. How many yards down your road would he have made it??

We can't tell so you all get lumped together.

Sort yourselves out with a naming system otherwise you are going to be judged as one group.

Only by idiots that are an embarrasment to evolution and our species

I love these threads as it reminds me of all the OC resident bigots and racists :D

He still apologised for all that whether you want to accept it or not.

“Before God and his people I express my sorrow for the sins and grave crimes of clerical sexual abuse committed against you. And I humbly ask forgiveness,”
He also apologised for “the sins of omission on the part of Church leaders”.

Ahhh, that's all o.k then! I guess the thousands of childrens lives that were utterly destroyed (many of whom comitted suicide) all feel much better now, what with the 'Sorry' card and all
The stuff you say really does make you look completely foolish

Then you need to start being identifiable as such

Not sure what this means?
But between Shia and S.hite, which ones are insane and which are OK?
We can't tell so you all get lumped together.

Again not sure what you mean here. There are two main followings in Islam, Shia and Sunni.
Despite you trying to degrade the names there you clearly know there are two sects. What else would you like to know?

Surely that should be "I cant tell so you all get lumped together"

You honestly cant tell who is insane and who isn't? The fact that you're asking who is insane out of "Shia" or "S.hite" means you have absolutely no idea how to differentiate properly, let alone even have an opinion on one's mental state.

Perhaps start at psychopathology. Mental illness can affect anyone from any religion or sect, because Islam/Shia/S.hite is the main religion in a suicidal psychopaths family/country they will use it to fuel their tendencies. And then people like you have a tendency to lump people together because you cant differentiate even one level deeper than their religion, style of beard, or other arbitrary trait. :D

Reading itchy's posts had given me a headache. Anyway, some balls on the feller. I'd like to see one of the internet hardmen on here wandering through downtown Basra decked out in a Union flag.

Given that you only want to make personal attacks, I reckon you are the foolish looking one.

Sorry, made a typo on a name, now corrected,
and forum software stars out one of them hence the mangled spelling.

This isn't mental illness though, ISIS are not mentally ill.

It's not my responsibility to tease out the meaning from a 1000 year old tribal war or validate any one group. If you want to call yourselves one religion then I'll judge you as one.

Christianity solved this difference of interpretation by all giving themselves different names, hence we all know that Methodists are OK and Evangelicals are not.

Again, calling that sect Shia is fine given that is the actual name. No starring involved. Also, I mentioned that there were two main sects. Shia and Sunni.
The people who practice barbarism in the name of Islam aren't Muslims. They are extremely unstable individuals with a skewed outlook on Islam. Brainwashed by extreme clerics who misinterpret Islam to spread hate and their own agendas.

How can one group have the authority to say another misinterprets anything?

Being literal is the same in Christianity, Evangelicals believe Genesis is a factual time line, because frankly that is what it says on the tin.
If something is the inspired word of God than a day means a 24hr day, not a metaphor for something a bit more reasonable like a billion years.

If Mohammed beheads a bunch of Jews then literally that means it is OK to behead Jews, if one group wants to say that was a one off battle and doesn't mean anything then that doesn't change anything.
If he wants to marry young girls and take slaves then it is OK to marry girls and take slaves.

If God/Allah wanted everyone to be clear on this he would have made it a bit less obtuse, and maybe been a bit more aware that something written in Arabic/Hebrew does not translate to English and remain the same.

There is a tendency to dislike ISIS and Evangelicals, but rewind a thousand years and what they practised is probably way closer to the culture of the time than what goes on now, people were stoned and people were killed according to what people thought a book said.
Doing things slightly differently in 21stC Bradford doesn't make them right.

ISIS only look odd today because Christianity has moved on, back in 500AD ISIS would have looked perfectly normal.

absolute disgrace wtf is going on in the smoke ? . this and we have scum bags sleeping rough and defecating around the 7/05 memorial this **** would not be tolerated in s.yorks. grow ****ing a spine met police.!

grow ****ing a spine met police.!

Sorry, too busy harassing homeless people and looking for easy things like drugs. The reality is that terrorists are just too hard to deal with.

The other day I saw a PCSO harassing a group of lads relaxing in their own front yard. I was shocked to see he was still there a whole hour later. I couldn't keep my mouth shut, told him he should leave if there hasn't been report or witnessed a crime in progress. I didn't even know the people he was harassing but I felt pretty sorry for them.

But then you have to wonder, is this all a charade to get people to want more police power and in turn establish the police state the government has been longing for??

Step 1) Show the people that a "terrorist" can walk around Big Ben without being arrested.
Step 2) People get outraged, and call for police power to arrest people who wear certain things.
Step 3) Another liberty lost and one step closer to police state.

And they would say that people who don't act that way aren't Muslims and that any who claim to be are at best brainwashed by clerics who misinterpret Islam and more likely heretics trying to destroy Islam. They can back their position up with the Koran - it's just a matter of which bits a person emphasises and which bits they gloss over.

I prefer Muslims who impose civilisation and morality on their religion, but that doesn't mean they're the only Muslims.

It's not just Islam, of course. Not inherently, anyway. It's far and away the worst culprit nowadays, but it's been other religions in the past and might be other religions in the future. When you mix power over every aspect of people's lives and a claim to superhuman authority with amorality (almost all religions are inherently amoral because they're about doing what you're told rather than what is right), it's very unlikely to turn out well.

One advantage of IS flags and symbols not being banned is that it makes it easier to spot sympathisers who can then be monitored. I suspect this is why they haven't been, yet.

Removing the flag will just re-enforce to a minority that UK Muslims are persecuted. The best thing we all could do is just walk by and laugh.

A bit surprised the ISIS flag isn't on the prescribed list?
Or does that list only apply in Northern Ireland?
They are not an actual state, and it is a terrorist organisation.
Expect Teresa may to make an addition to a list some time around 9am tomorrow.

Surely you mean proscribed?
