*** OnePlus 2 ***

I seriously doubt that SD810 v2 solves any of the overheating issues and won't take OPOs word for it. Sony are using the same chip in the Z3+ and that heats up like a mofo'.

Great phone but marred by a poor chip. Unless OPO are using some funky way of reducing the heat issue the OP2 is going to be a great phone hampered by a weak SoC.

The heat has to go somewhere, the result is either a very warm phone, throttling or both.

From OP, make of it what you will.

"Inside the 2, the 810 consists of several CPU processors. Layered on top of these processors is both thermal gel and graphite placed across different areas of the phone. This graphite ensures that heat generated from the processors will dissipate evenly, as opposed to being concentrated and leading to performance issues. After rigorous testing, the 2 meets the industry standard for phone temperature, even with hours of use."

^True. Companies can make all sorts of claims however at the end of the day if they can actually back up these claims then major props to OPO.

This is why I'm waiting for reviews before biting considering the amount of problems the OPO had, it may have been a "flagship killer" but honestly even now it's still riddled with issues.

But I really want a new phone and none of the currently released flagships have caught my interest, so far the OP2 seems the most promising in every aspect apart from the SD810. Maybe I should just wait a little longer for the new Nexus...

Have spotted this link via news on GSMArena:
http://www.oppomart.com/phones/oneplus-2.html

TBH, that link claims RAM to be 3GB, whereas OP have been saying 4GB for a little while now.

There's a lot of other errors in the specs as well, the description claims 2.5GHz but OP said they've underclocked it to 1.8GHz. MKBHD kinda confirmed the camera is 13MP (unless that's been turned down due to unfinished software).
