Can i check in hotel earlier?

So ive booked a hotel with few mates for amsterdam, and cant see any sort of email to email them.
But online check in says 13.00, and we arrive at 11, would they allow us to check in earlier or is it strictly that time.

Or does it depend if previous people have clocked out?

rooms probably won't be ready.

if they have checkout time of 12 and the previous people check out near that time then there is no way they can check you in. All you can do is try when you get there. If they say room not ready then leave you luggage and go down the grasshopper.............
 
Friend says, they might have a place to leave your bags, or an area they keep it at reception etc..hopefully this is true..will be apain going festival with bags lol
 
Have you not used a hotel before? Checking your bags at the front desk is standard... ditto to when you check out and have say an evening flight.

room is only likely to be available that early if it wasn't occupied the previous night... so maybe but rather unlikely in summer

No not really, hotel virgin, never personally used a hotel, apart from a one night stand I had once, but she worked at the hotel xD

You are going to Amsterdam...why would you want to go to the hotel straight away anyway? Just go there, leave your bags till your room is ready then go and sample the finest herbs the city has to offer..return back in few hours..
 
I can say with absolute 100% certainty, that you will... have to call them and ask.

It will depend entirely on the hotel and how busy they are on the day, I've had early check ins loads of times and when it wasn't possible luggage was put in a storage room
 
Drop bags off, find a coffee bar and relax, give it a few hours then go searching for the hooker you're wanting. Take her back to the hotel and it will be ready for some fun times.

Are you seriously telling us that if you google the hotel name, there is no telephone number to call and ask?
 
I'm now certain that without GD, most of the posters on OcUK would not be able to function fully in the world.

It's almost as if people cannot think for themselves and straight away think "to tha interwebz and ocuk gd".

I digress.
