Windows 10

I think I preferred how OneDrive was integrated into Windows 8.1. I don't really get the excuse that people found the placeholder system confusing either... I mean, yeah, stupid people perhaps. Since when did new software cater to the lowest common denominator? If I know I'm going to be without internet for a while, I specifically find the files/folders I need access to and make sure they're synchronised. It isn't difficult.

Now I have to store entire folders of files on my laptop with limited storage even when I'm connected to the internet 24/7.

I prefer Google Drive myself

No it is not a big deal, change with the times n all that.... however your assumption that majority of users, only applies to those with smartphones and tablets... and not everybody does own them.

But the vast majority of users do have smartphones and tablets, particularly those users who will upgrade to Windows 10. More people have smartphones and tablets than PCs...

This is taking forever on my 24MB connection...
