what do you all eat at work?

Leftovers from the night or 2 nights before meals.
Curry
Pasta
Homemade Soups
Pittas with various fillings.

Bread is the work of the devil :D

I make my lunch every day - saves me a fortune and allows me to get the calories I need and the macros I need.

Mixed salad leaves including spinach, rocket, and other young baby herb leaves.
Beetroot
Avocado
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Roasted flaked almonds
roasted pine nuts
Either quinoa or bulgar wheat
Olive oil
300g diced chicken, cooked with jerk seasoning, or chilli seasoning. Sometimes it will be turkey or prawns. Just depends on my mood.

Typically around 800-1000 cals depending on portion size.

I also have Fruits and nuts to snack on during the day, as well as Protein & oats snack too.

Another 800 cals or so from the above snacks.

Usually a salad sarni with different meat through most of week.

'Fat Friday' as it's termed can be anything from chip shop to kfc or Dominos depending what people fancy.

250-300g diced chicken or turkey breast cooked in coconut oil and nandos peri peri rub with peppers, spinach and cherry/plum tomatoes and wholegrain rice & quinoa or pearl barley

I'll also usually have a sandwich earlier on in the day to keep me going, usually some kind of meat & salad in wholegrain bread and a protein bar

That level of honesty is really refreshing. I could happily have a pint with you without fearing you'd freak out on me about calories. ;)

depends on the day but normally a choice of homemade sandwiches or:
greggs - steak bake or cheese baguette with a Cappuccino and a cake
KFC - popcorn chicken snackbox with a greggs Cappuccino and a cake
(it is only £2 for a coffee and a cake or pastry)

Yeah we do have a "fat" day from time to time (funnily enough usually a friday too! :D). The problem with Canary Wharf is that all the food is hugely expensive here.

In the summer on fridays we go out for a gelato or frozen yoghurt - in the winter, usually an overly rich and thick but decadent hot chocolate.

My word I try be stress free as possible at work, all that crap would stress me out more than work itself :D

I have a Ploughman's sandwich and a Red Bull from the nearby M&S.

Stress?? Really? How is preparing food stressful?

I don't do this at work I prepare it at home. It is less stressful than wasting ages in a queue for sub standard and over priced food.

Mostly burritos from Benito's Hat. :p
Good effort sir :D (Those would fall under my 'fat fridays')

I've just finished two homemade wraps. Nothing special, just some decent Yorkshire ham, Emmental cheese, mayo and salad.

The girlfriend and I are pretty good and usually we'd do a whole roast chicken for Sunday lunch, then have chicken salads Mon through Wed. A decent salad though a bit like Freefallers, with brown rice, beetroot, radishes, grated carrot etc. Thurs or Fri I normally eat out for lunch with friends that work nearby and the other day is usually a burrito or sushi day (or whatever is hip and trendy in Soho that week :p)

I have to say though, when it gets to 10:30pm and I'm nodding off on the sofa and I realise that I need to make my salad for the next day at work, god it annoys me so much!
