See a professional if you can't deal with it.

Find yourself some goals and force yourself past the initial struggle, etc.

Posting in OCUK GD will not help you.

However, As a bipolar myself, I might know how you feel

Just don't kill yourself, tomorrow it will feel better!

(I go though this every month or so and have done so since I was a teenager. I am nearly 60! you can and will get through this)

Have you spoken to a doctor before?

Without knowing the details, there's not much we can do.

Immediate things you can do to help are to try and productively find ways to spend your time, especially when you feel yourself circling the drain. Try and snap yourself out of it.

Some ideas:

Pop to the gym, go for a walk, read a book, see a friend, etc.

Do you need to talk/vent? Is there something circumstantially anyone here can help with?

Well, you're gonna die anyway one day so you may as well as make the most of what you have before you regret it.

Plenty of time to worry about the death part once you're dead.

Sitting on the PC doesn't help unless you play games which will keep your mind occupied.

Suffered with depression since 14/15 years old so around 10 years. Tried medication etc... Didn't help. Until I learned how to overcome the darkness by forcing myself to keep my mind occupied. Work helps. My two daughters help hugely.

You've just got to force yourself to get up and do something to keep yourself occupied. Worrying about long term things only make things worse.

Probs won't help a little but I tried.

just life, i worry about my parents aging I worry about death pain etc....

Every single living thing has to go through this mate. Life is programmed this way. To worry about death, to hate the idea of death, and the reason why death is painful; is the reason why we are here as humans today. This also means your mind is evolved enough to be able to move on with life. Do things you like, get married, have kids whatever. Most living things' life cycles are generally crap and boring, it's in our hands as humans, make our own moves and make the most of it and just enjoy life man.

The fact that you worry about pain tells me you have mental energy but you're not using it positively.

Just look the Wikipedia article for pain and read the first sentence of the second paragraph.

Pain motivates the individual to withdraw from damaging situations, to protect a damaged body part while it heals, and to avoid similar experiences in the future.

Pain has saved your life more times than you can imagine my friend. :)
